Technical I deleted my character accidently

Can my character be restored cause I accidently deleted it few minutes ago?

Yes you can restore it with the Character Restoration option but you need some vote poitns for that as far as I recall. Just wondering how do you accidentally delete a character?

in order to restore it the character has to be at least 5 levels below max lvl, so 75 for wotlk, 80 for cata, and 85 for mop. if it's under the level it's gone good for.

you go to your acount page and select "character restoration" in the fourth box and you select points or coins

on frostwolf it would have to be lvl 85.
