    Unresponsive GMs

I have been trying to contact a GM for days. If anyone has an idea of how I can accomplish this, please let me know. Thank you.

Make a support ticket in game or send a private message on forum to one of the GMs here. That is if the issue you are having actually requires a GM not a different staff member. And if you are trying to contact them in a wrong way it doesn't mean they are unresponsive.

Thank you, I'll try a private message. Having tried several support tickets and messages through their "support" system on this site, I would say they are unresponsive. Very probable that they are understaffed and overworked, but yes, I'd say unresponsive currently.

Very jealous. Unless you mean after four days, in which case, I'm right on schedule.

    An update:

After private messaging every GM, I received one reply. I was told to make a support ticket. Since I have had a support ticket up for 4 days, that is impossible for me to do (because this is for a ban appeal). I am simply looking for an explanation at this point. I have lost all interest in the game, but I don't feel it's right for people to be blocked from an activity because of false accusations with no evidence of wrongdoing, and without being able to defend themselves.

Hopefully mine is an isolated incident, but if not, I hope this shines some light on an issue with the support system.

Ban appeal tickets have lowest priority and usually take at least a few days to be checked. And you probably did not manage to contact a GM before because ban appeals have to be sent only using support system on website.

Thanks again for responding. I used the support system on the site about 5 days ago now. If that is the average response time for these matters, that seems unreasonable to me given that the ban is for 6 days. Being told I need to have a support ticket in when I already do shouldn't be the only support I receive.

Around 5 days could be the average response time. A GM can not help you more than telling you to make a support ticket. There are 2 (most of the time 1) different people who read websites support tickets. Those are the only people who can decide if your ban will be removed.

If you have truly "lost all interest in the game" then why do you care for the explanation of the ban on your account? At this point, it simply does not matter. You were banned for a reason. You should have followed the rules in the first place.

Wow, that is an awful system then. There seems to be no checks in place to make sure people being accused of wrong doing have done anything wrong (despite what the forum post on reporting says).
Like I said, this experience has drained any fleeting interested I had in playing, and my hope is to save future players this annoyance by addressing a clear issue here.

Sincerely I thank you anyone0, I hope you can become a GM if that's your desire, because you have been more caring and helpful than anyone else I have encountered.

In my case, it doesn't matter, and I don't actually think this will accomplish anything. But hey, i'll curb the apathy momentarily in the hopes that it might help someone in the future with a similar issue.
