Hi all, I'm a player since the first day Warmane(before Molten) was born in 2009, and I'm a donor on this and also on my older/main account. Lately I tried to log in on Lordaeron and I saw there was a queue of over 2k ppl and I couldnt skip it, i had to wait hours to get in. When we donated years ago, you told us that one of the perks and something that would be forever ours, would be the "skipping queue feature", we also had other perks like being able to talk with horde or trade btw factions characters, but we ignored it when u decide to take them off, bcs I think 90% of the donors wanted mostly to skip the queue, and I think all of them like me, remember before the donor perk was created and we had to wait 17 hours or more (not joking) just to play few minutes and then do the queue again when we got disconneted. At that time you told us that if we donated we could avoid it and so we did (sure 99% did at least for this donating also the minimum maybe while other donated hundreds of euros), now I saw that I cant skip the queue and I wanted to know, did u take off this perk that we payed for???
What will happen now that the 2 server merge and there will be icecrow? who was a donor and played on on deathwing for example will skip the queue on icecrown? ( I'm talking about ppl that donated years ago)
I dont know if someone else already asked this, but I really want to know. Maybe the ppl who dont donate wouldnt mind about my questions but is thanks to us donors if the server are up, we pay for them, we deserve to keep the skipping queue. I hope you dont delete this message. Thanks.

to skip the queue on lord you have to spend 5 coins a month on lord shop/services. queue skip would still work fine on other realms if there was a queue

We donors, could skip queue on any realms. Now I want to know why we cant.
Let's talk about deathwing for example, at the moment i dont have the queue so Idk if the donor perk of skipping it is still On, or if having more ppl i would need to queue, now when this server merges with Ragnaros making Icecrown, I wanna know if me and other ppl like me that donated a lot of money (some more some less) to skip the queue on deathwing(before neltharion wotlk) will still be able to skip the queue on the new realm Icecrown. Is really important to know that since we payed for it years ago and doesnt seem right to pay again just to have something we already had, who was our right since they wrote "donate and skip queue" years ago. If we will donate more will be bcs we want not bcs we need to log in game. At least I think like this. Pls some of the staff answer. Thanks again.

in simple terms it means if u donate once u can skip que on every realm but the "skip que" feature on lord works on a duration basis because the population is soooo large.

queue skip will work fine if there is one on icecrown. lord's the only realm that works differently. you may also remember that they have the right to change any and all of the premium perks without warning at anytime.

I just hope that we will be able to skip queue also on Icecrown since it will be "like" Lordaeron.
