Lordaeron Mount donation

Recently bought a mount that needs ingame Exalted reputation. It is Nether Ray, which needs reputation with Sha'tari Skyguard.
I received it on my mail and mount to use need this Exalted reputation. Whats the point of donating the mount for like 30 coins and STILL NEEDING to get the Exalted reputation?? Mount costs 160g if you have exalted. Why should i buy it for like 33$ and still need to get exalted?

Has happened to me once or twice too,they either should be removed or give exalted rep with,but im sure you can refund it,do it now/

But in Support section i can only create ticket with category Ban Appeal and choose ban, which i dont have. How can i speak with support?

donor accounts should also have "item misbuy" ticket option (haven't tried to do that to mounts/pets) and only working within 24 hours of the misbuy

I received coins as a gift, so a dont have such options. How can i ask the support? :)

I don't think that you can ask for a refund if you're not premium(donor).
