Technical Frostwolf (5.4.8) disconnected?

I tried enter to frostwolf server but when i log in the servers appears as disconnected......the server is offline or what can i do to fix it?

Same for me,i cannot log in for the past 16 hrs.
It says connected and it just stays at that.
