Frostwolf Server questions

I really want to play some MoP, and the frostwolf sever on Warmane seems like to be the best.
I just have 2 questions about the server, how well does the MoP content work so far? and which faction is the best if you want to raid on this server?

Warmane's MoP server is far away from the best, it's not even close, if PvP it's good enough, 65% of the things are working. But PvE 49% more or less.
Eventually it will receive more fixes, but their focus at the moment is on their WotLK servers. As far as i know, Hordes are doing more raids.

Are you talking about all of the content on Frostwolf, or only the Mists of Pandaria content that is unfinished?

I am talking about Frostwolf server, overall. All content.
