yes they balance it around the top performing guilds(Memories,Collusion,Infamous,Murmur,Company. ..list goes on just mentioning a few) for the first weeks and then start nerfing it slightly with time(as u can see this week bosses have gotten easier) so that less dedicated guilds can kill them as well.

Well we have had good luck on fragments 30 on paladin , and 4 on resto shaman so far. Unfortunately cant make valanyr yet..(we got triple drop from yogg but i guess that is possible if ure really lucky) also 10man hardmodes seem to drop 100% 1-2 fragments each so that helped since we are farming them for a month now

34 fragments and some guilds have killed at least 8 bosses every week and no fragments. more reason not to show them streams lol....

ye i call bs on that too, the droprate is so low across all of the ulduar bosses save yogg that having 34 at this point would require absolutely insane rng.

but i wouldn't be surpised if vast is just trolling.
