Cata update v3

So much rage from PvE'ers! I love it. Dude you gemmed strength as hunter and your gonna tell me how to play hunter??? I did join CTR for said gear but that's the point of a PvE guild right? To gear up that's the point after all who cares about killing same boss 5 times a week every week til server gets shut down, talk about repetitive. It's also not that I can't get into any raids but I simply don't care to Progress past normal ESPECIALLY on alliance. I could do DS HC on 3 toons have the gear to do it on all of em but I choose not to, know why? It's boring plain and simple

Lel, i dont even play arcane mage anymore only because its boring af and already got every possible good pve achiev and title on it. U know it yourself that i play more then 1 class ;).

The fact remains that we need the old school PVE for multiple reasons. Can the developers PLEASE give an official/unofficial statement on what is going on? Please don't ignore us. We would appreciate the status update even if no step has been taken.....Just don't keep us in the dark.

Mods won't reply, they have nothing to say and it's disrespect to the community itself. They could give me an infraction for being "disrespectful" "propaganda" "drama" about how their management and care for their other servers are trash but oh well. We were suppose to get an update 1 month ago, cata had to beg for almost 1 year for that update and it was minor stuff, they have given us 0 responses or updates about the update or even anything such as a delay, they simply do not care otherwise they would of already responded / updated the server already. 1 month and not even a response to the community is pretty much just spitting in your face after having this happen already before

There is 1 developer working on cata ATM, I've heard 2 but even still with the staff running the website there should be no reason a delay message/response was not stated as well as 1 month + longer for an update either the staff don't know (would be hilarious if they did know and didn't tell us purposly.) or the developer/s on cata should be fired for not completing what they should of done in their timeframe stated I'm honestly expecting a big update due to the 1 month+ delay (although I appreciated his effort for trying to fix deepholm atleast). I agree we need to be patient and wait this is a private server but considering cata is or was one of the top servers for donations and there was a specific date set and it was not met is unprofessional. Icecrown merge never got delayed by nearly 1 month, anything negative that effects WotLK is on main page as well and nothing is said about cata. Wotlk has 7-8 developers, cata has 1-2 and mop has 1-2

I bet they didn't even start porting old content to Neltharion.
Character Trading system had to be implemented because they thought that it is more important, and it took all of their developpers, for sure.
Then there is realm merges, lordareon and wotlk updates.. mop updates............

I agree with you. The only thing for them left to do is to merge Warsong and Neltharion.

uhm, kay, so, never touched code in your life...
there's a HUGE difference between a "dev" doing C++ on WoW core and a "forum admin" doing SQL and PHP on website
C++ is a proper programming language
SQL is more of a "data manipulation" language to work with databases and PHP is used to display it on website

tl;dr
no devs needed to make char trading, just endless hours by one Edifice

there used to be atleast 2 horde guilds pre wipe (i met them just before the wipe) didnt heared of anyone after wipe sadly...
