Stuck under the map

Hello guys i have big problem. Im stuck under the map 2 days, when i use boat to vashj'ir im fall down and die. Then i couldn't find my corpse because all around me is grey. When i use unstuck option on site, my character was moved in stormwind but don't work because my character avain falling under the map. When i use heartstone or unstuck, it says ,,Can't do that while moving". I already opena ticket, but im not get answer from administration. Please help.

Hello! I already made a thread about this bug. What you have to do is get a warlock to summon you next to some mobs that would kill you fast. Once 3 people summoned you, wait until you die and when you release you should be teleported on the ground :)

is there no other way ? Me and my friend have the same situtation, after accepted RDF we just fell through the map and cant resurrect. Used unstuck and now we are under the map and cannot move.

UPDATE: How we got out ?
Luckily me and my friend have the same hearthstone location. So we were together. He was a shaman and we dueled, his lucky windfury proc killed me in duel, I released and resurrected normally.
After that I've summoned him to Wailing Caverns, aggroed a mob and kited to him. And let it kill him too.
So this "little" bug took away 1 hour from our experience and nearly caused us to just walk away from the server

Do you have the game fully downloaded? This bug happens when the game cant load the map properly, so your character just...falls.
