Honorable kills titles work after merge?

Yet, supposedly, you're a vet of the game and have achievements @ AT. Somehow, I don't think that's accurate.

Can someone to clarify: If i have on a char around 10k(alliance) kills,i should have knigh-captain,but i won't have it.. nor will have commander at 23k or when.
If is true then..

Rip "of the alliance" title or marshals...

of The Alliance/of The Horde are obtainable, they're from the achievements. The other titles are disabled as they should be.

Cant find on net,it says you need 100k hks,to get the title.
