Why do you all get butthurt over things like this.
I'm very much aware we were a primarily germanic language, I didn't refer to it like it was some form of superiority but I have noticed that a lot of eastern europe at least are taught an Americanised English over the standard UK English. It's frustrating seeing a great language ruined like it is.
Because it's annoying to see some one get attacked for a mistake on your part. You misunderstood the meaning of a sentence, not a big deal. But trying to argue over faulty grammar, when it isn't even a grammar error, is just very rude to be honest.
Also, you very obviously stated that with a very noticeable sense of superiority. You proclaimed your dialect of the language as the "real" version, while ending the sentence on "whatever", which clearly implies that every other dialect is a "lesser" form of English.
I'm also not sure where you get your information from about what's being taught in schools. Every school in Europe teaches British English, even Canadian schools teach it. If some school is for whatever reason teaching American English by choice, then it's by no means a standard for the rest of the country.

>complains about the "ruining" of British English
>uses words like "butthurt"

Kek I like how that fits.
No, actually, you're wrong there. We're taught UK English (I remember getting a 9 instead of 10 because I used pants instead of trousers iirc).
I learned "American English" from movies, music and the biggest influence, video games.
I stopped "learning" (in the true sense of the word, as in, actually exercising) English uh.... 5 years ago ? I think. Or maybe 6... that's not the point... I've only practiced English over the last whatever years from typing it on forums/games/chat and listening/reading it on movies/music/games. I don't speak it daily, as I do my mother tongue, so I am bound to sometimes make mistakes.
War for the Overworld expansion is out today. Yay! :D Now I just need to wait another 3 days to get my PoE character out of the league...
Cool game. Expansion Heart of Gold? It looks like an ancient Ironforge in construction, or a far far away future version of it after the Gnome's revolution to take over the city or something like that :) I don't trust Gnomes.
I am not really into video games or MMOs other than 3.3.5 WoW. I liked Skyrim and Oblivion but they were not Online. I played Ragnarok like 10 years ago, and only because, and I don't know how but I was totally unaware of WoW's existence.
Anyways, Kissamae told me to check a project that was raising funds on Kick Starter, this was months ago. This is today's info: $1,159,600 pledged of $900,000 goal - 6 days to go - This project will be funded on Fri, Jun 3 2016 12:00 PM PDT.
Totally. Even in the past, all the "horror movies" from when we were kids, they weren't really terror/horror movies, they were only about surprising or scaring the audience with silence or suspense music then boo! loud noise or Chucky 3D jumps out of the screen or something. The only movie that I have seen that really, REALLY scared me was The Ring, I was like 15 years old and saw the premiere, 12 at night, while watching the movie it was the usual Ah! And body reactions of surprise, when going home we were just commenting about it, but when I turned off the lights to go to sleep I was... scared. I couldn't sleep with the TV on because of the stupid girl, I was 15, I didn't think the girl was going to get out of the TV. For some reason I couldn't sleep without light or silence, it had to be lights on and TV on. Years and years have passed and I haven't watched anything scary other than Paranormal Activity.
And to combine both games and horror, I remember playing Silent HIll on Play Station, alone at night with the lights off, with headphones. Also, you may want to play Outlast if these are your thing. I really stopped playing it because I didn't like the experience and the feeling. I kept looking behind me, IRL, had to Alt F4 and turn on the lights.
P.S. I am not afraid of the dark but, once scared it goes away if I turn on the lights, and it's actually funny, reminds me of an episode of Sponge Bob where he and Patrick had to "light" everything.
That feeling when you left the easiest Poe achievements for last but your ****ing PC breaks. Rip weapon MTX effect, was nice knowing you.
how many short are you? If you really want it (and trust me enough) i can do it for you. I don't have anything I need to do and i've done 36 of them. I kind of lost any reason to play after i hit 36, since my character couldn't clear t11-t12 maps without dying a ton
