If you had character which was ineactive over than 90 days - you have to merge that character by yourself in "My account".

And what about if your character you had to merge was Guild Leader on Deathwing and had a full Guild Bank of stuff and cash? Where is all that stuff? Can I retrience that?

Nope. You had plenty of warning about the merge coming and were told that your guild items would not be transferred. I saw it on the forums and in game numerous times from other players.

It's on you as a guild leader to take the initiative.
