The ganking will never stop, and neither will the people crying about it. Hell, I'll gank some people every now and then. I won't be like the ones that do it over and over again to the same person, but I'll definitely do it once if I just happened to be in a lower lvl area while helping a friend or farming some mats or something :)

While is isn't Warmanes response, it is Blizzards stand point on it. They make a good point, there is a point where it stops being ganking and being harassment.

This i dont understand. when people in some way claim that killing a low level is pvp.
That is ******ed as if i would go and beat up a kid in the kindergarden and call it a fight
In neither of the situations have the one beign beaten up any realistic chanse to defend themself or get away, they can't win they can't get away.
PvP is player versus player. and with one being level 18 and one level 80 its is no versus. It is not a fight, it is just one character killing another that cant do anything.
But yeah i killed low level players myself, not often but it has happend and it will happen again. but i would NEVER in any way refere to it as pvp.
I would nev er try to defend it with "its a pvp server live with it" as ganking has nothing to do with pvp at all
same as if a grown man beats up a 5 year old it has nothing to do with fighting as the 5 year old is not capable of do anything to defend himself or get away, he just cant fight against a grown man. so therefore its not a fight :)
But yeah keep on ganking low levels. but dont call it pvp. be honest with yourself and others and just call it ganking dont refere to pvp :)

Except you're not causing physical harm to a person, you're killing a character, ganking will always be a part of this server, and i like that, it creates a "war" between the two factions that are supposed to be in war anyway, i know that there are no good pve servers out there atm (or they have 0 population), but if someone is camping you, call for help in chat/from your guild, people will show up in like a minute, atleast for me on horde side they always did.

never said gankig is only a bad thing or that it should not exist. hell i even said i do it myself to now and then. never camping lowbies but yeah sometimes i do kill them.
but its not pvp. Callig it pvp is just silly and some pathetic exuse to justify it. i do gank sometimes. i do pvp sometimes. but i never call ganking low levels for pvp.
and even if there is actually some difference between actually beating up a 5 year old and killing a low level, you dont physicaly hurt someone when ganking them.
The fact still stands calling beating up a 5 year old for a fight would be incredibly silly as it is not in any way a fight, its just a beating. Same goes for calling ganking pvp. it is not player verson player, its just killing/ganking someone that has no chanse to win, no chanse to fdefent themself or even get away.
go ahead and gank i dont mind. i dont judge you for that. But if you claim it is pvp then i will call you a ******. or atleast in silence find you to be one :)

I assume most gankers are players with low esteem IRL who feel the need to gank to feel happy that others are suffering as much as they were.Usually after 1-2 hours after they are done with their killing spree they feel satisfied and leave..
