1- Download the Mists of Pandaria Minimal client.
2- Log in as Grimthorpe in my hearth location of Stormwind.
3- Attempt to fly to the Isle of Quel'Danas
4- Come back from AFK to find myself floating in a void and dead.
5- Use website "unstuck" feature to return to my hearth location, Stormwind.
6- Character still appears to be floating in a void, but I can hear the sounds of Stormwind around me. When I look up, I can see the bottoms of trees.
7- Page GM, receive message next day that the issue has been fixed.
8- Issue not fixed, still floating in a void, hearing the sounds of Stormwind.
9- Page GM again, receive second message that the issue has been fixed.
As of now three days after first getting trapped, my character is still stuck. I have another page in now but so far the GMs don't seem able to help me. I've even reinstalled the client just in case it was something client-side, no luck.

are you still stuck undergrond? open a ticket in-game, to solve your issue gm need to kill you so you have to be online

I've been "in Stormwind" all along, and have now received my third GM response claiming to have fixed the problem. Nevertheless I am still underground, invisible, listening to Stormwind noises. I can't leave my computer logged into a trapped WoW character all day hoping a GM eventually shows up to kill me, so I guess I'm going to wait until I leave for work and make a request and leave it logged in then. Hopefully the fact that the game thinks I'm perpetually "falling" will keep me from being timed out.

Paged a GM the other day and stayed logged in for 7+ hours with no response.
Can't get my character playable again without being online when a GM shows.
GMs don't show for hours and hours when paged.
This is ridiculous. Is my main on Frostwolf just basically as good as deleted unless I spend 24 hours online hoping a GM decides to notice me?

contact a GM via Forum PM, tell me him you cant play for 1 week and the only way to fix you is by killing you while in game online

Not only does that script not work, but 3 different GMs have tried to fix me while I was offline and failed.

Delete your character and restore it from website i think its free if done within 24 hours or something

Btw, can i ask 2 q... as you say you are falling, did the bottom of the trees seem to move afar?.. And did you try drink some port juice (Deepholm potion).. oh, and 3-4, Leap of Faith or Summon? guess you have tried the last, but still, did you move?..

no, it is not true.

"Restores have a 48 hour grace period (free), visit the restore page in the account panel."
But it does not work, so you can only restore your character by spending Coins or Points ( they need to be between level 85-90 to be resotred).
Anyway I sugeest you to open the ticket in-game and leaveing your character afk, on the ticked indate to GM that they can to kill you (to sovle the bug) even if you are afkEdited: June 5, 2016

I've got a similar problem but I can only see the sea in northrend and the horizont with sun or the moon depending the hour. I'm suppousedly at dalaran.
