Log in Website bug

hello,
i recently made an account and did the "two-factor authentication". Now it says there was an unusual login attempt and hence my account has been locked and the key has been sent to my authenticated email account. But i checked and it isnt there. It has been mroe than a day already and tried to log in but no success. I've checked the other account and its working fine but not in the current account. Is there any way to fix this properly?

Ya I cant log in my account here either. Says it sent code to my email, and no email is ever sent. It has sent emails before thru the authentication , now it seems bugged.
