Realistically the difference we're talking about is so minute that any anecdotal account of having made some particular change and somehow observing any slight difference in DPS output (presumably after having gone through the immensely arduous process of equalizing the sheer multitude of other factors that change on a raid-to-raid basis) isn't worth anything. Having downtime on the boss does likely devalue Haste a little bit, just as involving the use of Cleave increases it. I suppose it then depends what your definition of a "fight that matters" is. My answer to that would be LK, and so I'd probably run with Umbrage Armbands, because of the heavy cleaving that's required in both transition phases and (especially) P2.
That part about Haste not being terrible was because someone earlier in the thread called it useless, and it seems that's a widely-held belief among warriors on this server today. Probably because of early guides made by people incompetent enough at Fury to think that of Haste.

Yes, thats why I think its a matter of personal prefference wheather you use umbrage/toskks/vereesas/shadowvault, and why you should mention all of them when talking about bis. (I mentioned my personal experience that has no ambition to be taken as a proof of anything. Someone else with similar amount of experience may have different results for themselves.)
Yes, I had mainly lk in mind as well. I dont know if haste/ap tradeoff actually increases your aoe dmg - it is an interresting topic with a lot of questions - there are many factors to consider: Like more Cleaves vs lower Cleave/WW/DW damage... and if it increases your aoe dmg: How much longer would it take for the group to kill them? would tiny bit more dmg on lk/adds be more or less usefull? how much do you have to run?...
Do u stance dance to apply rend when all other abilitys are on cd?
I tried it but I end up missing rage for heroic strikes when changing the stance so is it really worth it?

It is a very small benefit with high risk of messing up and loosing way more. -> I dont use it.

I was thinking theoretically it might be worth doing it in a moment where u have under 25 rage so u dont lose any rage from the stance switching.
In practice the rage is bouncing around like crazy during a fight and its hardly practicable to find the right timing for such a stance switch.

You do this betwen 2 BTs - you deque HS, switch to battle stance, Rend (if you have enough rage you can also Sunder armor once to burn some) and switch back. HS doesnt do that much dmg - most of the number its shows comes from MH hit anyways, so it should theoretically pay off, but ye its hard to pull off properly.
