Judgement macro.

Hi. Once there was a macro for wotlk paladins, as much as I remember in Lynea's guides, where you had one button macro for all 3 of them. Like if you press "1" it would cast Judgement of Light, "shift+1" would be Judgement of Wisdom and on "alt+1" that third which doesn't allow to fun away with sprint/dash etc. Could someone help/write this macro? I know that its a dumb request but I don't get those "hard" macros.

Not much of a macro guy but wouldn't you just put all 3 judgements down on different bars then go to your keybindings and set them up for 1, Shift+1, and Alt+1?
