Hey guys, I have decided to start playing on Warmane, Icecrown but the latency is not at all what I am used to. I am currently in Dubai, UAE and I am sitting on 180-200 ms; but I live in New York City, USA. I understand that the Warmane Team does not want to disclose their server location and that is why I am asking this question.
So as US-based player on this private server, what is your current ms?
All answers are greatly appreciated.

Its not hard to find out the servers` location, nor is it really feasible to hide it; they`re hosted by ovh, France (Paris)
most US players have between 100 and 300ms, if you`re Pacific you`re usually SOL but some Eastern people have reported as low as 100ms, depends on your ISP tho

I get a steady 140 ms from the southeast US. I'd take a look at your ISP- my ping was way higher when I used cable internet than it has been since I switched to AT&T Uverse.

I have been playing in this server for quite a while now and I live in the U.S. So basically you will get something around 140-190 MS. Depends if there are many players online or not I guess. It seems like my MS goes up high during rush hours up to 195 and go down to 140 in other times. However, its totally playable.
