Hello there,
I wanted to ask if this boss is bugged. After the encounter, the teleporter won't teleport us to the next encounter.
Was this just bad luck, or did it get bugged? Please let me know your experiences from 04-07-2016 and later. If this encounter indeed got bugged, I made a bugtracker report already. If our group is the only group having this issue (twice), then I will add that as a comment.

Just teleport out and teleport in again, and then use the teleporter at the start of the dungeon.

We did not try that one indeed ;)
Anyway, no one else had this issue appearing? Today it worked properly again, with the hands killed before the other NPC's it seems to work. Just looking for confirmation that hands are causing this bug.
