Well I think that the SJW are not the manipulative spawn of Satan that you make them out to be. I think that they are simply misguided, like deep down they genuinely believe in good and friendship, but they have skewed ideas and opinions that are obviously influenced by some of those manipulative spawn of Satan out there, whom really exist. Some people are just evil.
But anyway, for example I think that instead of shunning and ignoring the differences between races and genders, we should revel in them. Like for example, guys are statistically better in STEM disciplines and generally speaking, guys have a much deeper interest in those fields. It is known, we all see it every day, it's not some satanic evil idea. So instead of emptying spots in universities, having the admission exams easier and favouring girls to joins these STEM universities, or simply denying spots for white people in favour of minorities to fill the quota, all of which actually happens in the REAL WORLD, that scary place, we should instead focus our attention on those that actually joined these universities in the first place, and the top students.
But these misguided people think and believe that this is an actual race issue. Like there aren't many girls or blacks or what have you in STEM universities not because they simply are not as interested in them as the average white guy, or maybe they don't have such aspirations, but because the white male overlords actively denied blacks and girls into the STEM fields due to some hidden evil agenda and pray the lord, the SJW discovered this evil ploy and saved us all.
So in the end, I don't think SJW is an insult. It's like saying someone is a sinner because they never heard of god before, or something.
You also have to consider the actual society that we live in and its oddities. We actually live in a digital world in which we are made to believe, from birth, that giving a Like or a Thumbs Up actually helps a cause, and commenting on it on forums and boards actually helps improve the situation, and that you should be instantly rewarded for your behaviour. And I said since birth because people born in 2000 are 16 years old right now in this moment and it's scary as ****. As such, these SJW find it far easier and maybe even more useful to shout, whether in the street or online, about something than actually researching at the heart of the problem and find ways to attack it, and letting that evil white guy know that NOT ALL WOMEN gives instant gratification, which is part of the instant reward-based society that we live in.
Truth is though, none of them nor us know how to combat many of the world problems, so they, as well as we, do what we can how we can, even if it means shouting the loudest in the street about it. It's not a good thing, I think, but it's not a bad thing either. It's just something mildly annoying to you and satisfactory for others who believe like they do. In the end, nobody is right or wrong.
