what's the drop rate for the item that gives the sky golem recipe [see.. i knew sky golem wasn't the drop lol.. just more ppl would recognize that name then Schematic: Chief Engineer Jard's Journal].

You are looking for Schematic: Chief Engineer Jard's Journal yes i can confirm this drops from mobs in pandaria, the first one it took me a couple hours and i found it at the Vale of Eternal Blossoms killing mogu at Ruins of Gou-lai, i have also found the schematics 3 times at the timeless isle from gulp-frogs and Burning Berserkers

I can confirm the first farm spot, i got mine in 30-40min of farming.

at the ruins of guo-lai there's a daily quest giver, around him there are some sha manifestations or something. I had to farm it twice, took me 5min each time

i have been looking for it for a Really long time (while doing dailies, collecting coins, or, for some time just looking for it...), but had zero luck.. just keep in mind it might take some time, but you will get it, eventually :)

Kill the Manifestation of Prides in the Vale of Etenal Blossoms between the two shrines / around the center area. Those have a drop rate of around 0.3% so you should be set after around 300 mobs. I've farmed it on two of my characters and it never took me longer than one hour each.

Wanna hear something funny? I got mine after killing a pack of Manifestation Of Pride in Valley of eternal Blossoms and i got dc before even clicking on the item to loot it, now i have farmed for hours with zero luck ;), that was the last friday.

The answer is not at all. There's currently something weird going on in Vale causing the aforementioned crashes. I farmed my schematics weeks ago when everything was fine over in there, no idea what the issue is now.
