Hello there community, friends and people who love to spend their time here on Warmane. Since its a private server we all know that there are no limits of making something, so i would like to suggest transmogs to be also available on server (Icecrown) as it is on Blackrock. Everyone wants to be unique in some way, and having a decent looking gear is a motivation and fun to play with it. We all know that transmog does not affect ingame stats of your character, so its totaly harmless. Please leave your thoughts!

It is definetly not going to be a priority, i dont think.
From what I've heard, there is an idea of making it optional, which would mean that you have the possibilty for X cost (coins?) to apply it to your account. However, only the people who have this feature enabled would be able to see this, therefore people who dont want it will be able to have it perm disabled and never see it. Since it is extra feature (not base feature for WotLK), being able to use it most likely will come for extra price.
Haven't heard any updates in a while about this though...

I was thinking about something similar as server - Blackrock and their xmog vendors who have gear from t1 to t6 (just example i`m not quite sure what specific gear they have, but they do), so the players can take this gear via honor points, honor points & arena rating etc. So either they can apply the same vendor with some changes - Increased honor points cuz of the server rate, even items that req all kind of emblems or add some features as you sayed

I believe there was a post somewhere saying they were considering it, as Deathmastered has already said above.
However, I don't see why the items would need to be added for sale using honor, as unlike on blackrock, all of the gear can already be acquired normally in-game, or through the website's shop.

Yea but the problem is that the model of NPC can't be the same as Mists of Pandaria, that's why its custom NPC that req custom price for a custom item.

not sure I understand what you mean... it would likely be website based transmog where you need to have an item on your char's bags or bank and use feature on website to overlay an item's visual to your current armor, there wouldn't be an ingame npc because simply, it's too much work to copy cata/mop transmog mechanics into the core and allow your wotlk client to do it when the client itself doesn't have the UI required to use it... they would need to put out a new client with these modifications included to let you do that ingame... which is highly unlikely

Yeap that was my point, they can't just copy the transmog mechanics. Anyways a website future will be nice as you said.

In fact, im playin in other private server, wotlk 3.3.5a, same client than i use for warmane, and that server has xmog, i wont say the server name because it doesnt matters, what really matter its that what u are saying is wrong dude, that server have a npc (a goblin) in Orgrimmar and Stornwind, where u can xmog in this way: u put the item that u want to xmog in ur first bag slot (the first bag, that one that comes with ur char when u create it), and in his right slot, u put the item with the visual that u want, and for a low gold price, the npc changes the visual of ur items, i have almost full xmoged t6 rogue (only needing head, ****ing archimonde xD), the thing is that u need to go and farm the items foe xmog, u cant just buy them in a npc, so if u want t1-2, go do vanilla, u want t6? Go do black temple, sunweall plateau and Hyjal

This is actually a Great idea and would finally bring some motivation for doing TBC and Vanilla raids. I mean, the other day when I heard that for example Sunwell Plaetau is buffed by 300%, my breath was taken away - not only it doesn't drop absolutely anything useful for a 80 level, it's even buffed. Oh wow **** me.
However, this would be nice - at least we could do these raids for the cosmetic purposes. God how I'd love that.
