Characters prices... Must be changed

Well, I think many people would agree with me that characters minimum prices on website is just too much. My druid, which is not BiS has a minimum price of 1055. Although I have gear for all specs that is around 6k gs for each. But still, the price is just too much. I don't think any one would buy it.

Before all the mods and posers pretending to be mods come and flame the thread, I'll simply say why it's not going to be considered at all: The staff have made the price what it is for a reason. There's been many posts about it and the staff simply discard it. I too somewhat find the prices are ridiculously high, but its all down to the staff to make the final decisions.

there's a reason for the 'insane' prices... you said yourself, you have 3(4?) specs geared to 6k GS and each of those items is valued at a static % of Warmane's coin shop price which is high enough to be a considerable discount to a player looking for a specific class/spec and doesn't want to gear them up the normal way or spend almost double the coins on the coin shop
if you found a buyer and made a deal with them to sell them your druid with ONE spec, vendoring the other spec gears, that price would drop from insane back to a 'pretty high' price... and that's kind of what they're going for, not people selling 2-3 spec full geared chars for 100 coins cus they want "free money" after farming ICC/DS/SOO for a few weeks/months with their guild

Well, its a waste to throw all the gear and drop the price way below to the point where its not worth selling. The coins I might get won't even be enough to get buy me gear for a new character for an entire spec. So I think its pointless this way. If I could sell it for a decent price with all specs, I then will be able to gear at least one spec for a new character that I desire.

On top of that, with this system I dont think Warmane encourages character trade, rather they give a safe option to do that, which is by no means what you "should" do.
