If it's something internal like a luxation, go to the hospital.
If it involves the bones (broken, fractured, etc) go to the hospital as well.
Swelling, bruises and general pain, sleep on it, see how it goes tomorrow.

Can flex leg so doubt it's tendons/bones.

It's all about culture baby, not geography or political affiliations. There's a big difference in mentality between eastern europeans and western europeans (and to some extend americans) from my own experience with traveling and living in places.
