dude, im playing from russia with 36-50 ms max and at server peak time i lag as **** without ms increase
Right now, it's just not possible for us to increase the cap without hurting the gameplay on the realm. We are thinking of various ways of doing it but they're not exactly things you can write in a day or two or simply flip the switch. As an added notice, we have done some performance improvements, mainly to the start up time of the realm and proceed to continue finding and making those improvements.
Stability is very important to us, as you can see our realms very rarely crash and only go down so we can put more fixes on them. The point of this reply is to simply say that this is a thing that you don't have to ask for, this is ultimately our goal that we are working towards to and we really mean it. We do experiments, we shift through possibilities and think of this all the time.
"What if we put this map and make these things behave like this?"
"What if preload this and do that?"
"What if we make circles square and then we put a ballerina in the auditorium?"
Questions like these we ask every day and we have a dedicated part of our development team that works to maintain stability and provide more room for everyone.

I've started to notice million laggers around.
Every 10th player during prime european time lags hard and moves around like total autist.
I giggled at this post but please ignore my smile since I'm a fancy bummer. Now on my way to the bugtracker so I can have a perfect breakfast dose of this sarcasm.
I did log yesterday after almost two months without logging and the thing that I felt was a delay of 1.5 to 2 seconds when casting an ability. Considering that the server is sustaining a high cap at the moment it doesn't surprise me that this happens though.

Not Asia at all, so not sure why did you mention that, when I said Asians and Americans have biggest problems.
Long on a rogue/war. Charge/shadowstep a moving target during peak time. Now come back and report that your 19ms isn't lagging. You are welcome. But hey nothing a +2k cap raise wont fix.
I always play with 250 ms, since i'm from South America. I don't even complain. I want a stable server. With 10k, 20k, 30k, how much they want. I can play it forever with 250 ms, since server don't crash every 10 min.
3 hours login que is insane but its nice that u are trying to increase the server capacity, wotlk is the best expansion ever created, many more than 12k players want to play it
Donate 10e help your self and the server what do you think about that freeloader?
