So i grind the reputation for that achievment and mout . Hit Exailted with tushui pandaren and i recevied a mail.

So i open it and quess what i have the mount .. but a Horde one on my Human Warlock... i make a ticket and the answer was that tehy can do nothing about it .. bla bla bla.
So is anyone else have this messed up ally/horde mount or its just me ?

Intresting ..... thats why they are Warman STAFF .. the yget payed to help/resolved ppl not to scratch their ... you know what oh well i will grind the rep on my horde charecter and hope i will get the right mount. Will be funny if i get ally mount on my horde char

Heya! Had same problem but by mistake I noticed something. Go to your mounts tab and search for "Pandaren Kite" through the search option. You'll be surprised ;)

i've try that .. the only kite i have is the one from the reward for 150 mounts

Hmm, that's weird or maybe I was just lucky. I noticed it in my mount tab even though I never learned it due to getting the horde version as a reward. Sorry, I thought I'd help :(

Heya! Had same problem but by mistake I noticed something. Go to your mounts tab and search for "Pandaren Kite" through the search option. You'll be surprised ;)

Now you mention it, I just checked with my other chars -aliance and horde- and oddly, I have both mounts learnt with all of them, except with my aliance char I made the achievement, ie the one who received both mounts by mailbox... with him, I only have the one I could learn properly, ie the Blue Dragonhawk... VERY weird.

Same issue, same answer from the staff for me

But it gets even more ****ed, with my Panda Monk (alliance, all my chars are ally), and absolutely ONLY with my panda monk, i have the mount (the red horde one) my other chars dont have it on the journal

And has the same bug as the Red Dragonhawk, it dissapears from action bars upon relog

Edit/update: it now somehow shows on my DK too, but still funily enough, isnt available on my Druid, which was the char i got the acheivement on
