Retrieve stolen account

Hey guys. Please is it possible to retrieve stolen account, if I am original owner and I have access to the email, from where was account created? Pass + email was changed. But I am the original owner with first email.

Explain them what happened. Ask them to check/compare ip`s. Tell them your account name, all characters you had on it and pray they can help you.
From what i know they have logfiles from where a (location by ip) player logged in. So if your password really has been "hacked" because it was to simple your chances might be good to recover it (of course only if the ip`s suddenly changed like from USA to poland... or germany and then UK)

If i am complete wrong then just delete my response.... (a mod or GM or admin.. who ever...)

contact [email protected], they will reset that account to his original email allowing you to recover it

for standard account that section is only for "ban appeal" ticket
