Since there was no announcement that something will be released, it was ****ING clear its a bug and, people who brought them, brought them with the hole purpose to abuse the bug. First point, Warmane staff is aware of all issues from today. It's a total disrespect to cause more preasure when they are already working their butts to solve everything they can as soon as possible.
Second point, didn't it occur to you that there was something off around? Like, didn't you find it strange to see wrathfull gear for sale out of nowhere, especially when there wasn't any type of announcement saying so? Mistakes and accidents always happen but don't blame Warmane as you should have thought twice before wasting points on gear that wasn't supposed to be there in the first place.
He bought the relentless parts because he's to poor and can't get the acquired rating for mainseason gear. Other than that he's not so very smart and certainly not so very creative.

I totally agree. It really bothers me when I read threads like this one and half of the replies being similar to the original post or agreeing, complaining and demanding stuff. Also, I think that it is possible that a lot of people didn't know it was an error, or that it is the responsability of the players to check forums before doing something in game just to check if it is allowed or not. I was online when all this happened but I am just finding out right now, I didn't check the vendors and stuff when I was online. I would have bought something, knowing that it was something weird, if banned or the item disappeared and no points returned I would be ok with that. I think that I would have been ok also if I didn't know it was a bug. It's like if you go vacation to another country and you get a ticket because you were driving in opposite direction, you could explain to the police that in your country they drive on the opposite side of the road, and he would understand, but... that's not how it works.

1. Yes, it was Warmane's mistake but you lost the points.
2. They what the **** are providing you with an excellect free service, this happened because they were working, not the opposite.

I don't think they want to lose this few more people that stayed on Lordaeron really, not that it is like oh my God please don't leave and please bring all your friends from other servers to play and stuff... But I don't think that the error was made intentionally, it was an accident. Like in every job there is an acceptable margin of error, it has to be done in order to do a lot of other things that you can't notice.
4. How should you know? I don't think you should know, it would be cool for you if you knew it was going to happen, I guess. How could you know things like this are going to happen in the future? By believing and remembering that they will happen, if you remember this, you will know.

Easy: They haven't opened 3.2 content, why would they open S8? They are in 3.1 atm, so 3.1 gear is available. Once ToC will be released S7 might be released, I believe.
