Is it possible to get account recovery from molten-wow? i spent alot of money there and its sad to start with nothing again :(

When i try to make a ticket i get "Invalid ticket type selected." and the only ticket type i can chooce is BAN APPEAL... and when i chooce ban appeal i get "The selected ban is not valid, try again." so i have no clue how i can ask this in a ticket :/
