Character Restoration - Free period

What about removing this: "Restores have a 48 hour grace period (free), visit the restore page in the account panel." from here: Support System Policies, Guidelines and Information since it is not true anymore?

I see that thread has been updated on April 2016 but that feature it is not available for more than one year...

We actually removed this option for good reason.

Reason being: Abuse.

I have gone ahead and re-introduced the option.

I will be monitoring the system to see if abuse continues.

How does it work now?
If I set "Currency:Free" I do not see "Character Restoration"

I lost a full set of Heirlooms by deleting a character by mistake, wish this had been reintroduced earlier :(

Select coins/points, it will let you know if its eligible within the grace period.
