Hello, I've been searching for a while on the forums but didn't find anything specific of what I'll ask. Why can't gamemasters trade/exchange wrong mounts mailed by the system after you get certain achievements? I just got the Pandarian Ambassador achievement and was mailed the wrong faction mount, now I can't learn it from the character I grinded the reputation. Whats the policy behind it? I know wrong bought items/mounts are not refundable and all but this is an achievement mount that got mailed wrong by the server itself and i had no control over it at all. http://imgur.com/a/gx7G5
Nevermind, I just searched for the right words and some results popped up, basically I'm screwed and theres absolutely nothing anyone can do for me. Since the mount isn't on that specific character book, I'll have to grind all that sweet pandarian rep all over again on another char and hope it will be added on this characters book after completion. But the question remains, I think the policy about this stuff should be changed. Here goes a lot of time wasted on my end for a thing that could be solved on the spot immediately by a simple replacement.

No, you can not. Achievement are linked to the account so all of your other character already have that achievement.
The bug is that it provides only the Horde version of "Pandaren Kite String" and it is already reported on BugTracker.
That said if you check the mount list on a different charactert you can see that "Pandaren Kite" mount is available to you and can be summoned, right?Edited: September 23, 2016
