[WOTLK] Auction House Sale Pending Mail

Hello guys,
this bug is known for a long time but is still existing. There are a few reported issues about this bug in the bugtracker (12 month old!!) but nothing happens. I told to different players and they told me that they lost between 300 and 5000 gold because of that bug.
Why is that bug still existing?

I have the same issue and upon contacting a gm they asked me to check the bug tracker but as you said, still no change as of now.
