Few days ago I logged in my acc and it said that it was terminated for advertising while I didn't do anything. I sent a PM to an admin but he totally ignored it and I couldn't make a ban appeal cause it was not letting me choose a "category". I can log on in-game normally but it's not letting me transfer my characters from wsg to nelth or even collect points. Please do something about it.
You probably got an IP address that is banned. Try to get a new IP by restarting your modem or try logging on website using a different internet connection. If it still appears as banned when using a different IP you can try to make a General Enquiry ticket on website (if your account is premium) or send email to [email protected].

It's different people who deal with problems like that. And you can reach them using a support ticket on website or that email. I have heard about that bug before and those are the only ways to get someone to check it. But make sure you explain it properly so they don't think you are simply banned.

As the title of this section aptly states: "a place for players to help players with a variety of doubts and issues with little to no intervention from Staff." There is no "Warmane tech support" on the Forums. Moderators aren't tech support. While some of us might know the answer to common problems, it's something we do voluntarily, not because it's strictly part of our duties.
That aside, if you are using a VPN, that could be the cause as well.
Sending email to general inquiry and making a post on forum are two different things.
People who are in charge of server security are not the same guys who are in charge of forums.
Also, as far as my knowledge goes, Mercy or some forum moderator specifically instructed on forum post to shoot an email to [email protected] if your account has been falsely banned for advertisement.

Have you tried any VPN? It may help for a while. Try Hola or Betternet, they are free ones. U can look at here https://myipservices.com/vpnrating . When I was blocked it helped me.
