Hello guys , i was banned for 3 months , in this 3 months , i make a ticket to remove Ban , and i was very respectful with the GM , but without doing anything , he extended my Ban for just making a ticket to remove it.... why guys , today the 3 months end , but i see another 4 weeks banned... why this GM extended Ban without reason ?

The forum community has no knowledge of your specific ban, nor the ticket you made, therefore we cannot help you.
If you got baned for something you did, you should not appeal to it and accept the consequences.

The thing is, you were banned for 4 months initially, but the way numbers are displayed on the website currently is little confusing. For example, when you get banned for 4 months the ban duration should look like this:
3 months 29 days 23 hours 59 minutes
but at the moment you will only see it as 3 months, because the days aren't showing. This is something that we're looking to change as soon as possible to avoid confusion.
