WotLK Help translating game to spanish

Hello guys, I wrote on the spanish board, but no one seems to be there. It's a total ghost town for the past 8 hours,

Buenas tardes, tengo una pequeña duda cuando viene a la traduccion del juego para español. Vez, yo he jugado en Warmane desde antes que siquiera paso el desastre de Molten y su robo de datos en el servidor y bueno, todo ese desastre. Deje de jugar un rato, pero ahora quiero empezar de nuevo. Yo siempre he jugado la version en ingles porque yo se ingles perfectamente, pero quiero invitar a mi novia a jugar conmigo y ella no sabe ingles como yo. Mi pregunta es, como se hara para poder cambiar el idioma?

Hasta ahorita ella descargo el "old" wrath of the lich king client, y yo le pase otro torrent con la carpeta del "Data > esES". Ahora, es tan simple como cambiar el idioma con el config.wtf y agregar [SET locale "esES"] o hay algo mas que se tiene que hacer? Los quest y el texto del servidor cambiara tambien? Estaba leyendo wow gamepedia [http://wow.gamepedia.com/European_Language_Pack] y en retail, se tiene que cambiar el realmlist y el patchlist tambien para poder cambiar todo el interface. Aqui tambien se tiene que hacer todo eso?

What I was asking for is some help in translating the game to Spanish. I've been playing on warmane since... well before it was even called warmane. I know English to what I would call a native level speaker, and have always played the game in English. However I invited my girlfriend to play with me on Lorderon (She's still a keyboard turner... lord help me), but she doesn't really understand English. She say's it's ok, but I really want her to be able to understand what she is doing because I get bombarded with questions all the time, that a simple translation can fix.

Up till now, all she's done is download the "old" wrath client, and I sent her another torrent with the "Data > esES" files. What I'm wondering is, is it as simple as change the language in the config.wtf and add [SET locale "esES"] ? or are there additional steps I would have to take? I was reading on WoW Gamepedia [http://wow.gamepedia.com/European_Language_Pack] that on retail you had to change the realmlist and the patchlist as well. Do you need to do that here in Warmane? Lastly, will the quest text be scripted/translated for a Spanish client?

Hello, this also happend to me with an argentinian friend and i'd say that there is no solution to this ingame or manipulating the files, the only posible way that this is posibly fixed its via an unnofficial patch with spanish traduction, maybe try to search on youtube something like Parche espanol wotlk

Oye muchas gracias por la oferta, sin embargo somos de venezuela y el internet es de lo mas pesimo. Envez consegui un torrent de WoW en español. Me imagino que usted juega en español, me pregunto, los quest y todo eso dentro del juego estan funcionando traducidos o eso igual queda en ingles?

Hey, I will answer in English since we are not in the Spanish subforum.

If you are downloading already it, then you will only have to edit the realmlist.wtf (as a conventional .txt).

All text is translated to Spanish, except for the custom that devs here wrote. If somebody liks something in the chat, i.e., you just click it and you will see it in your client's language. This means that the text of the object you link will be with your client's language too; they will have to click it too, the same way as you did.

Other than that, everything would be fine. No problems at all.
