I hate companies/games/whoever censoring swear words on the internet. It's like limiting free speech irl.
If you're stupid enough to get offended by someone on the internet then you deserve to be called stupid. For what you know, the person on the other end might be a ****** (why is this word banned it's not even that mad warmane you're legit doing what I'm ranting against), you wouldn't care about what a ****** says about you irl, so why care if he says it on the internet ?? "but muh internet e-fame"?
If I want to be toxic I should be allowed to be toxic. There are means in-game to ignore/squelch me, there shouldn't be a godly force that intervenes whenever someones feels get hurt.
Radvo is a poo-poo head! I AM TOXIC!!
Nope, you can no longer make jokes on the internet...

Oh that exists here too, it's just less forgiving.
Well I know for a fact that reports take months to be processed and if you did something ban-worthy a long time ago, you could have even forgotten about it entirely, then months later you get a perma ban. I used to do a lot of reports in the tribunal and the system is honestly bee-ess.
But really now, it's easy not to be banned in league. I've never been banned, never been chat restricted. If you feel like you MUST flame, make sure it's deserved, don't get angry at your own mistakes. I've only ever responded, never caused a flame war on chat and because of that I've never been banned or chat restricted or even warned in 5 or so years of playing league. If it's deserved, nobody bats an eye. If you are the cause of flaming and toxicity, then get what's coming to you.
Not saying you deserved the ban as I don't even know what's for, but generally speaking you never get banned if you simply respond to the abuse being thrown at you. Just don't be the cause yourself.
No idea what's happening here (hey everyone!) but I just wanted to say that anger is an excellent motivator for many things including improvement!
It differs from person to person, but if it works in sports, why wouldn't it work in games as well, amirite?
Like I can wipe and wipe and wipe in any raid and I won't get mad at all, but once I step in arena and get globalled from Shadow priest / Rogue comp I lose my cool.
It might work in some games, but in others it will most definitely cloud judgement. Chess is an obvious example that comes to mind.
Obligatory.
In CSGO we can be as toxic as we want with no repercussions, the only way to get banned is to cheat or throw. It's nice not having to worry about getting banned because someone is a baby
Also kind of sucks when you get into a 4man premade and they're toxic the entire game and then kick you at the end with no repurcussions.
Yeah! Screw being nice to people!
