I just saw things in Pit of Saron I haven't seen since 2010. This might convince me to play WoW again

Well, you could just queue RDFs as tank since resil gets you def capped as long as you run enough of it. Just go from there and start collecting your emblems and go full pve with it, won't be taking too long as long as you run queues as a tank.

Yeah... I was gold 3 and got placed bronze 2, 5 wins 5 losses, I had a friend that won 7 and lost 3 and got placed in Silver 5...

Actually, any guy who's commited to his GF couldn't care less about some chicks walking by. That's excluding you are unhappy in your current relationship or are one of those people who date just to date. If you believe girls enjoy/not care about you drolling after other girls, then I got some dammnnnn bad news for you.
Which is also incredibly pre-mature to be honest. That's something I would be expecting from a teen during puberty, but not from an adult.

Fixed that for you, again. Any actual mature adult understands that their romantic feelings towards a single person doesn't mean their brain and biology suddenly get neutered and make them immune to finding other people attractive still, something that goes for both genders, not just guys. Physical attraction can be part of, but is still independent from romantic attraction - otherwise you would never have unattractive people coupled with hot ones - but it takes not being immature to understand and come to terms with the fact you can and will feel sexual attraction to others, even if you are in love with someone. The real crux of the matter is whether you act on that inevitable sexual attraction and cheat on your partner or if you can separate it as not worth it and remain faithful.
Or you can grow a mangina, of course, I just don't consider that hypocritical self-deceiving escape an option.
