The last line is the kicker in that... %1 is a directory/location call, trying to load a specific DLL (dynamic-link library file, aka instructions file) required to run Win32 application (this is the program you launched). You can try typing "regsvr32.exe C:\KemiiPC\WoW\example.dll" in the cmd prompt, obviously replacing the location string with DLLs in that specific application folder.I haing ****y PC issues...
If anyone knows how to fix this let me know.
This is just general help, but without more info on what's going on... hard to say exactly how to fix it.

I just applied for a loan for a new PC for lols. My credit rating is so bad its a 99% guarantee it won't go through anyway.
But it was:
Intel i7-6700K 4GHz
16GB Corsair Vengeance Black 2666MHz
nVidia EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB
If this actually goes through it would be a miracle, I'm saving up for this machine anyway and should have it in 4 months.
EDIT: Got my Bronze 4 placement taken from me, have to play an 11th game for replacement rank. Seemingly I was placed too low (along with a few others).Edited: November 15, 2016

Get an i5-6600k instead of that i7, it legit won't make a difference while gaming, and it's a pretty big price drop.
Also, really good mb with good cpu > really good cpu with good mb, so if it were me, I'd take the money you saved from taking the i5 instead of the i7 into a better mb.
The specs I got on a small budget :
i5-6500
GTX 1060 6GB
Asus H110-K

Bruh, finished my flex que placements (what even is this flex thing anyway) and I got placed in gold 1, gg I have friends in lower elo than me placed in plat. Should I even continue to play this ****? I mean it's only when s7 starts when ranked is reset right? I never know what's going on, even single season I get ranked so low and then you gotta climb again.

Got placed into Bronze after was was frankly the worst game I've played in a long time. **** engages, our cass was lagging like a *****, tanks just **** up Jhins day I wish I had taken Varus but I was first pick. Im glad this is an alt account.
