Anyway, I got a temporary solution by using Hotspot Shield VPN Proxy IP, it worked and some how with better latency (less lag) than my own IP lol.
Tried this too and it works; but as with this, it's only a bandaid solution.
more than 24 hours later the problem still persist and yet still no input from any of the staff
Since that a VPN proxy is needed to bypass this problem, it narrows it down to Warmane blocking the Philippines, or certain ISPs per location is refusing to send data to Warmane. To put it simply, both sender and retriever just don't connect.
Why only for selected users tho still stumps me.
