Why do they take so long to respond to a ban appeal, i got banned for botting when i did nothing and wrote them a ban appeal, after 30 hours they still haven't even answered me...Is this a normal warmane thing?

Is that due to a shortage of people or just a general lazy attitude? Because as someone who plays on warmane since 2010 and has donated to them i really feel disappointed that they don't even acknowledge the ban appeals.

most of the time there is only 1 guy, sometime 2 guys but the fact is that Ban appeal ticket has the lowest priority

That section grants certain super privileges that for security reasons cannot be given to most members of the staff. For this reason, and also because some cases might require further research, tickets might take up to a few days to be resolved.
