70 Bracket Twinking Back On Frostwolf

I know why the twinks have died. I know where their heads have fallen. I know, too, what myriad sores torment their flesh and which demons stalk their souls. I know, and I could tell you, but first I must apologize.

I, too, have been a shadow in the night, unseen, unheard and unspoken. My guild, you see, has been building their level 60 army in preparation for an excursion into the Molten Core. As it's Knight, I was bound to Lilyandra and tasked to solve the mystery of Blackwing's Lair. I have been, so far, unsuccessful, but that is all beside the point.

DBlackKnight - my namesake - still draws breath, as do many other Monsters that once traversed this realm. We sleep and dream and wonder. What to do when the horde no longer queues? How to organize a raid when so many are invited but so few arrive? How to find our comrades in arms when the World is rife with strife, when attitudes writhe and tempers flare and guildmasters who share the same goals undermine each other, winning nothing?

In my lonely wanders I've heard many rumors, some true, others folly itself. These wretched words serve only to fracture and segment, crumble and destroy our beloved art. Every twink wishes to be a guildmaster but in the end, there can only be one. How to defy discord and appease them all?

And so we sleep and dream and wonder while all that could be ours rots beneath the Sun.

Summon me and I will answer, for the glory of <Monsters Inc. > and for the supremacy of The Alliance. Until then I shall remain Lilyandra, and I will solve the riddle of Blackwing's Lair that those whom she serves might enter unscathed.

Know, too, that my loyalty will never waver for, so long as we are a collective, <We Are Borg>, and against us, resistance is futile.

lol my thought was ghost twinks ran rampant, rflow got hijacked, twinkfinest expired, etc.

But ya after that guy just suddenly vanished yet again, bgs did die out.

So far I've seen some twinks around. Red pan and Vio are almost on everyday horde side, haven't checked ally side, but I was told Almonds just changed, in toupan and kila's words, almonds went to the dark side lol.

Well I've seen some twinks today dueling each other.

Twisted Naaru rogue vs some goblin rogue in Azshara zone.

1 We Are Borg twink at goldshire, she was dueling some folks there.

2 Ghost twinks in Duskwood, I didn't need pots and items to try and see them for they remained visible this time.

Twinkfinest twink and Twink Pro Society twink were online, but were occupied with global chat about a bug tracker report.

Sadly it was bound to happen, especially the number of times whereas Warmane effectively killed off twinking a good number of times.

And yes, those few mentioned are the only ones present, but they're more passive now. Ghost twinks no longer roam Duskwood, since the opening of Scholomace (their hideout) the traffic kind of forced them out of the area, despite them not being seen. They moved to a closed cata raid area in Kalimdor. One of their members can be seen in a Sky-Golem like jet mount that is seen in Durotar.

Twinkfinest and Twink Pro Society are on sometimes, but they are doing much as they did before, since 85-89 was not so big before and after the guild's creations. You will see them online from time to time, but they do not do anything other than sit in a zone and talk on global. This also goes for the ghost named Miscolaneous, he no longer guards his NPCs in both Pnadaira and Plaguelands.

Monster Inc and Twinkle Little Star has their issues. Since Rflow is dead again (coming back as a phienox didn't work this time around) not many que for bg or arena. There is arenas, but a guy named Almonds cheats his way to arena wins and is tied to a guild called The Dark Lotus. Ghost twinks exposed him for that ingame and his Armory tells that the information is true.
Smqt on the other hand is on sometimes, but like everyone else, he is busy now since no one is queing.

Vio sometimes log, and Dujin/Red Panda is on sometimes, he has been helping some new rogues get around and he helped out a pretty strong low level rogue recently.

We are Borg is still kind of new to me, I've yet to see them, but they, in my eyes, is like Shattered Souls.


But yeah:
marketplace change, lost of cross faction communication, sunwell closed for the second time, Rflow keep getting hijacked and banned, Ghost twink renegades since warmane fixed their gargoyle collar, etc. Our community has taken a toll and is hurting badly than ever before.
Kinda makes you miss the days where you could fight twinks with 450 weapons; sad but true.

The fun has been sapped from the community.

Hmm, I don't quite understand the reference and yet it sounds like it could be true. We were born of a dream that never came to be, so I suppose in that way our souls were shattered. But we are around. In fact, we're everywhere.

All Borg have been mandated to create twinks at each major bracket so there are 10, 19, 60, 70, 80 and 88 Borg twinks. I'm still finishing up my 80 and 88 twinks, and only just completed my main: Mahjik. Gearing up will come later.

While we level, we often invite other players to do dungeons with us via whisper. It's probably why you don't see us around; for some reason low-level players don't respond to global chat. Even for practice I often queue as my level 60 Grendelle just to keep myself battle ready. Also, it's a great way to meet new, interesting people and, let's face it, feel awesome about being a twink.

I was on Tzarr when the level 10 twinks were in Goldshire; 2 shamans from some spam invite guild called <Blizzard Stole My Gold>. They were strong (as 10 shaman twinks tend to be) but it has to be said that their attitudes were awful! I can't remember their names; I hope I never meet them again.

Perhaps I've returned too late but if you other twinks are out there, know that you are not alone. Rngeezus recently fell into despair and started to give up; if you see him, show him that you remember who he is and remind him who you are.

If a twink dies, they're lucky to become a ghost lol.

I know rngeesus, I use to play with and against him. Surpsingly not all twinks have given up, for instance the ghost clan, they are on standby, but not as violent as they were before. If you bring a group of twinks to duskwood ally and or horde by chance you will attract these ghost twinks aka the unkillable bunch, so to speak.

The higher level twinks of TTLS and monster inc still around, sometimes. The Red Panda logs in every other day and is mostly on wandering isle, if not there, he is near org gates. Smqt logs in sometimes, but REALLLYYYY wants twinking to return.

If more twinks come back and or new ones come, rngeesus will come back, smqt will return, dujin/red panda will not be such a hermit, ghost twinks will become more violent as f in duskwood, stv and other areas, TTLS will probably revive etc.

It will take time to recover from the blows we got from losses in the community and warmane's crackdown fixes and changes that broke us a few times.

Good News everyone, seems like everyone isnt completely dead. Me and Oneshotu Hosted some 70 bgs today and it worked, and i can even manage to host some by myself, and people actually join. i even saw some old twinks. We also did BG's in the 85 bracket, lovely day this was.

It won't be the same like before, but it will take time for the community to recover, that is until warmane make some change that will hurt this community again lol.

Nothing ever happens in a jiffy, unless we suddenly live under a lucky star. Im ready, i will do my best, by my self to maybe not revive the brackets, but keep them breathing, feed them a couple times a day.

To revive the brackets however, it would require more people than just me. Right now im the only one advertising on both sides at 70s, given Oneshotu help out sometimes.

I also know alot of you hate/dont care about 85s. Most of you havent even tried it, but it does seem like theres an interest for, ive had 4 people come to me in 4 day asking me how to become a 85 twink like me (Rngeesus). Of course i told em it would never happen because i simply am i twinking god.
Not really, but 3 of them are now out grinding gear to twink and i love seeing the enthusiasm.

However i see someone to represent Hordes on 85s, now that sarandriel, bestest, John, and rflows left the squad, im whats left. and im only on alliance in 85s.

My suggestion: have wotlk make some twinks here, unlike wotlk, it is easy to make on mop.
At least they can have something else to do if nothing is going on in wotlk.
But they'll have to get use to the non-guild twink groups who still have members running around to this day.
There are also some 90s that are willing to return to twinking once more bgs and arenas start to pop.

I saw some TTLS the other day. I just had a quick chat with them and they said they want to do bgs as well.
I also saw a Prot Pally Taruen in Black attacking The Keep aka TTLS farmlands, he was on today as well.


Also it would be good for some wotlk players to come to mop. Big Red has a stockpile on twink gems and mats he gives out when someone asks for him via global. I'm sure other twinks did the same as wel to help one another out.


I too will surely help any wotlk that comes to mop.
