Well, you could check out the bugtracker...
We are aware of the issues however would be nice to get a written form from the community about it. To get a better feeling about it.
On a side note, should we do the same for Frostwolf? There are several PvP issues that need to be addressed.
A few suggestions on points of focus that should be achievable...
This bug seriously affects playability (ghost flying mount missing): https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/33247 and https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/34257
This has resurfaced in a different form (drops onto sanctuary and cannot interact/attack/tame): https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/239
FL Boss bug: https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/33434
Calendar was working once, but no longer (helpful in scheduling guild runs): https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/27468
Prof specializations are fixed-for-life: https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/5558
There are also a lot of achievements that still do not work as well (like 'Classy Goblins' - https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/21183 and 'Not an Ambi-Turner' - https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/3943).
I am very happy to have an answer from you on my thread and an occasion for me to tell my opinion to a staff member.
I'll start by saying that, since Neltharion needs more population, any kind of advertising could be very useful. Warmane has a Facebook page and I'm pretty much sure it could be used to promote not only Cataclysm but also the other expansions. Posting PvP/PvE videos on that Facebook page from the community itself could be a kind of advertising too. I know you guys are not interested into vote sites anymore and I agree with your reasons. However there are other ways to advertise and I'm pretty much sure it would help you a lot. I remember in the past your used to gift points to your members everytime you had +10k likes on Youtube/Facebook page. That could be an option too : it would give more popularity to those pages and to the game in general.
Now talking specifically about Cataclysm ; I think the main goal should be important bugs like not being able to mount if you die in 80+ zones. Because of that, many people can't complete their dungeons at all because they can't reach the entrance. It has already been reported in Bug Tracker anyway but it's a big problem on the PvE side of the realm.
About PvP, I'm glad you're about to release Tol Barad even though releasing a 40v40 BG is kind of pointless for Neltharion right now because of our low population, so that brings us to the main idea of my comment : advertising.
As I said on that thread, the server did not because worse, but did not improve either so what we would need right now would be to get back a good population and keep the realm updated a bit more often (ie. releasing new battlegrounds, arenas (mostly), opening dungeons so we can farm transmogs (also a bigger point-marketplace would be very nice but that's optional), getting WoD models, improve the RBG system (scoreboard doesn't work at all and we can't face same faction team)). That would help the server to KEEP its population.
Also, I think Neltharion needs more attention in general. Not only in developement but also on keeping us updated. If you really start to advertise (I repeat that it would also profit other realms, not only Cataclysm) on your Facebook/Youtube page, you could, for example, share youtube channels, guilds' announcements or anything about the community. It would be a biggest job for the admin of your Facebook page, but I'm pretty sure it would be worth it. Talking with the community about the community always work. Everyone would feel important and would have a chance to shine.
Another suggestion would be to, in the future, enable transfer from WotLK to Cataclysm. No one would be forced to transfer, it would only be a possibility and would probably improve the realm's population.
In the end I am very confident that you can change many things by advertising. If you have a community willing to participate, then nothing can stop you. You should start to talk more about Cataclysm (and other realms) and I'm sure it will bring more people to the game.
So, as a conclusion there are three things to do :
- Advertising
- Releasing new battlegrounds/arenas
- Reparing important bugs like mounting while you're dead in 80+ zones.
Thanks again for answering my thread and for listening to me and the rest of the community. :)

What more can one ask from ones community? Well done chaps, hopefully your 2 year wait won't be in vain!
I personally don't really care about the existing bugs. You should start by increasing the server population again. THIS has to be your #1 priority and could be achieved by advertising or adding bonuses for new players. I'm sure you can come up with a good idea.
On a side note: Bg queues are quite annoying in the currents state. If the population continues to decrease you should think about cross faction bgs e.g ally vs ally or horde vs horde or even mixed faction teams vs other mixed ones.
And you think anyone new who comes to this server would stay when they see the bugs ? Ye nice memes
This realm should be closed imo it's been such a long time now and the cataclysm expansion is still being completely ignored ever since the launch of the MoP realm. Players started to leave not because of the expansion itself but because of the poor quality in which this expansion was packaged in. In my opinion Molten's Cata from its first launch was one of the best experiences I had in my life, however as time passed on nothing of that remained especially after the moltdown everyone just completely left for MoP as there was nothing more to find on the Cata servers but bugs and more bugs. While MoP was fresh and getting alot of attention from the devs nobody thought of starting from 0 on a broken Cata server. At this moment you had the chance to atleast give the Cataclysm expansion some time and with good effort the devs could have drawn more people. However instead you focused on Wrath realms, which definitely was successful, however you left a good 3-4k players in the wait which are now playing on other Cata servers or they have just quit completely.
That's why I'm saying atleast shut it down so that the already small Cataclysm community we have can play on a different, preferably, single server where we can build a stronger community. Just for the sake of the Cataclysm community. Please.
shut this server to play on a new one? interesting idea... Let me guess, you are mop player?
P.s "list o' wanted fixes" Updated.
But you was able to provide enough dev's to work on a completely new expansion? One that already has huge competition amongst other severs. An expansion that you guys repeatedly said 'We have no interest in making a server for this expansion as we plan to move forward, not backwards.' I can find the actual quote if need-be
No server is suffering from lack of interest in the expansion, every other Cata server has been terrible except for one server, which I can not name. Sadly the dev's at that server have also lost interest in maintaining their Cata server, in favour of a BC (yes another BC) realm, which will be a progressive expansion one. That server was hugely popular hitting peaks of 7k EVEN THOUGH it was a x1 xp server.
Interest in Cata servers is not waning only the interest in un-maintained Cata servers.

You got it all wrong I just recently started playing Cataclysm on a different server I do however still play Wrath in Warmane. I just can't bare playing on a server that has no future whatsoever.
Bet my guild alone gave at least $15k - wonder what they spent those moneyz on... Sure as hell wasn't Cata updates
