    Problem with queue skipping / premium membership

    Hi everyone,

    so I donated 10€ about an hour ago, received my 10 coins as well as the premium membership.
    Still when I log in the game gives me an estimated waiting time of 514 mins and queue position 3679.

    Do I have to buy something with my coins for the queue skip to work or are there just no more premium slots??

    Appreciate any help.

    Close your WoW client. Delete the "Cache" folder. Try again.

    Nope, still the same.
    Are you certain that you are logging in with the same account you donated? If so, there is a technical problem that you can't solve. Just wait for an staff to answer.

    Yes I'm certain. I've just created one account on this site so there is actually no way to mix something up.

    Your account is not premium, one of the staff members just checked that for me. If you did make the minimum donation and have received the coins already like you said, i suggest sending an email to [email protected] so our support could take a closer look at it.

    Yes, in the "My Account"-section it says coins: 10, Donation Rank: premium and Account status: in good standing (whatever that means).

    Thanks for your help, I just sent them an email.
