    What happened is that 9 stacks of some sort of cloth disappeared from his bank.He made a support ticket.He also had some stacks of cloth on AH already that sold and he was just waiting for the gold to get to his mailbox.After GM responded to his ticket,all of the gold that he was waiting for,disappeared.Literally,his mailbox is empty. So instead of helping him fix this bank issue,you screwed up his mailbox too. Help him warmane because both of us donated to your very awesome (sarcasm here) server.

    I don't really know about TBC bugs but it seems unlikely that within a day you would encounter 2 different bugs that make your items disappear from 2 different places. A GM can't restore any of your items. And also could not make your items disappear later after you have already talked to him. It seems more likely that someone has obtained your password and is stealing your items. Change your password and consider enabling 2 step authentication.

    I misread that. But it's also unlikely that a GM would make your items disappear. Especially if they came to your mailbox and disappeared only later, after you had talked to the GM already. And as I said, no matter how your items disappeared, they can not be recovered. Even if they disappeared because of a bug or if a GM really made them disappear. It's only possible to recover items that you bought with coins.

    @anyone0 you are not a GM on this server so please stop clogging the topic with nonsense.GMs can check logs easily and figure out what happened.There is an IP tracker on the website so how is it possible for someone to log his account without him noticing ? Please go try to "help" someone else.We are waiting for an actual GM response.

    As this section's description aptly says, "A place for players to help players with a variety of doubts and issues with little to no intervention from Staff." In fact, demanding Staff attention in the Forums is something against the rules, as this is a place for players to interact among themselves for the most part, not to contact Staff. You get GM responses in-game, via tickets, not with Forum threads.

    That aside, on top of all that, anyone0's reply is in fact correct. Items lost because of bugs, disconnections or server crashes aren't returned barring cases where character development would be barred somehow.

    very nice server,so if you lose something BECAUSE SERVER CRASHED,there is nothing admins can do for you.Awesome.I wish i had those 10$ back so i can wipe my *** with them rather than donate.
