Technical Cant start the game (mop)

Hey guys,

I downloaded the wow client (mop expansion) on a new laptop and I am encountering a problem. Whenever I launch wow.exe I will receive a pop up about wow enGB and wow permission. I am wondering what i should do? I freshly downloaded the client from the website. Any suggestions? I have tried admin permission, it doesnt work.

follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC ( this is important in your case)
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".

Having the same issue. whenever i try loading it, it says that it can't make a required change to an archived file.
