Zul'Aman loot in shop

Zul'Aman loot will be in shop from release ? since its just catch up dungeon and items is weaker than items that avaliable in shop right now.

Not realy... It has the same iLVL as T5 (226) but it's for the majority way better because it involve stats like haste and armor penetration wich are hard to find before that point and it's not just a catch-up raid, there is plenty of items that will be used untill Sunwell and even some that are BiS for the rest of the expansion... Like trinkets or 3rd timer rings.

I highly doubt it would come instantly with the release, that would be wrong for so many reasons.
I expect the gear to come a few months after its release.

Zul Aman has some pre-sunwell best in slot items, hardly "catch up".
