Just now, my (alt) account got hacked

I was playing on it just now, got 1 random DC. Got another random DC, adn then boom - can't log in. Can't log in on website. Tried to reset password thru email, and got no email.

send an email to [email protected] and they can help recover it. be fully prepared for all your stuff to be gone however, as they don't replace stolen gold/items unless the items were purchased with coins.
