Technical passwords expired, cant retrieve new password on gmails...

Hey!
I got an problem with my alt account and my friend got problem with his main account.
After long time we did try to enjoy the game, but after trying to log in.. it told us that our passwords are expired..
After trying to reset passwords to our gmails, it told us: Password request email failed to send, try again.
Help?

There's a lot more of those.
Send an email to [email protected] , they'll sort you out. You don't need to reset once it's expired, just check the mail, new one should be there.
If it isn't there, make sure you're checking the right email, if in doubt ask for an email change from support (info mail), then just hit log in and it'll mail you the new password to the newly replaced email.
