I cannot get into my old account

I cannot get into my old account I know the email the the user name but not the password and cannot access my old email to recover the password and the account has been inactive for almost a year.

Send an email to info@warmane.com , you need to provide the following when requesting to change the email, they'll set the new email and then you can reset the password.
1. Account name
2. Email used in account registration ( as far as you recall )
3. New email ( Must be @Gmail, no exceptions )
4. IP Address ( whatismyip.com )
5. Order Number, Transaction ID or Reference number of one of the donations on the account (if Premium)
6. Donation dates + approx amount donated on the account (if Premium)
