Hello, i logged into my account today and my icecrown server characters are gone. Clearly from logs on website i can see that i purchased items 2 years ago for my characters. Is it possible to recover these characters?

I logged in game and it shows me having only 1 character in lordareon but when i go to that server, there is no characters. I used to have 2-3 characters on icecrown

are you sure they were on Icecrown and not on Deathwing/Ragnaros? ( which got merged into Icecrown and everyone had to move their characters to the new realm)
Btw if they were lvl 80 there is no way they got deleted, unless some friend with your account info did it.
Try to send an email to [email protected] ( or by opening a ticket on website if your account is premium)

hmmm.... yes it is possible they were on deathwing/ragnaros... i completely forgot those servers existed, but i am not sure
